Man charged with child endangerment

The Hooper Bay VPSO arrested 26-year-old David R. Hill just before midnight on June 25, according to Alaska State Troopers. Investigation revealed that Hill operated a watercraft after consuming alcohol with three minors (under 16) in the craft and that the craft was stolen. Hill was arraigned on June 26 and pleaded guilty to one count of OVUI and one count of child endangerment. He was sentenced to 33 days in jail.
