Water plant break in investigated
On the Y-K Delta
Troopers are investigating a break in at the water treatment plant in Lower Kalskag on Dec. 6. Troopers found the locking mechanism damaged, but minimal damage to the plant in their initial investigation. No items appeared to be missing.
